How does the room matching process work?

We match lodgers and owners firstly based on the location required by the prospective lodger.  Then, from the properties within the required area, we vet all lodgers, match further critieria, then invite everyone to lunch to meet up and get to know each other to make sure all parties are comfortable.  Lodging terrms are discussed at the lunch and we draw up the Lodging Agreement - on paper - no Docusign nonsense - then we will manage the rent and deduct our small 5% commission.

 

Can I meet the prospective lodgers before finalizing the agreement?
Yes, our Lunch Before You Let service allows property owners and prospective lodgers to meet over lunch before finalizing the rental agreement.

What are the fees involved in listing my spare room?

There are no upfront fees involved in listing your spare room. We only charge a small commission of 5% on the rent upon successful let.
